The file consists of PFE product information as maintained in Maintain Inventory Master (IM13) and/or in Maintain Purchasing Info (PO13) depending on transfer option selected. This file also includes the current 'On Hand' quantity and 'Weighted Average Cost' for the product from the active warehouse in Display Product Availability (IC45). The 'On Hand' quantity is treated as an information only field in the Accellos warehouse because the system only tracks inventory. When the Accellos system performs inventory counts, the quantity and cost for each product are used. The file created by WM11 can be found in the download directory specified Company Control Initialization (CC00/Warehouse Management Interface) for the Accellos warehouse: For 'Accellos 2', the file is 'freeze'. For 'Accellos 3', the file is 'oinvfrz.txt'. When you initially open WM11, the 'Warehouse Selection' window opens. This window only contains warehouses configured for a third party warehouse management interface in CC00/Warehouse Management Interface. Select a warehouse and then click OK to open WM11. The following list defines every field on WM11: Transfer Product Masterfile GTIN from - select one of the following options from the drop list: Do not download – no GTIN codes will be transferred to Accellos. When products are scanned in the Accellos warehouse, the system checks the Barcode X-Ref File if the product is not found in the Product Master file.
