Exciting improvements! Ratings and Reviews 4.3 out of 5 41.4K Ratings Pretty much spot on however… While it is pretty accurate with my daily horoscope, it has a tendency to switch from premium user to a standard account on its own. I signed up for one month just to see if it was accurate enough with plans to do a yearly subscription later if it was. I was reverted to a standard user. I emailed support and was told to provide a receipt for my paid subscription. In their defense, I used my other email to contact them and not my apple email. They were very quick to respond. I then noticed the restore purchases button which easily restored my account to premium. Things I do like about the app are the courses that you can take, I have learned a lot. The app provides daily, weekly, monthly and yearly horoscopes. It does a natal chart and biorhythms as well. Plus Chinese, Mayan, Druid and other horoscopes. A lot of bang for your buck. I must say my daily horoscope has pretty much been spot on for the most part. I have been able to do the palm scan, tarot readings and more with the paid subscription. The reason for a one star ding? I had not gone into my new profile nor actually installed the app. My phone went off and a credit card fraud alert sounded and I saw that there were extra charges on my card.I contacted Astroline immediately (this was within a few minutes of subscribing) and asked what was happening.I was then informed that I had made an "in app purchase for the Compatibility report" for 39.99? I let them know I absolutely had not, and how was it possible to have made an in app purchase when I had not installed the app or even set up a profile? I then had rather condescending conversations with two different reps sending screenshots of the terms and conditions and how I apparently didn't qualify for a refund. I was told that I had made the purchase and it had been emailed to me. I checked all folders- Nothing.Even if one had intentionally purchased this report, how accurate could it be when I hadn't even provided my partners birthday? I contacted my bank and they informed me that astroline had attempted to take 4 payments totalling almost $125. Again, I had only authorized one payment of 1.99. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one over this experience.I'm at a loss over how this company is responding to people on this site making it appear as though a simple contact to customer service will fix everything. This is exactly what I did within minutes of subscribing. They are fully aware of what is happening. I am concerned over what is now happening with whatever data has been collected from me and urge others to do their research before keying in their card numbers.Please contact your bank over any charges you have not authorized, I was repaid in full by my company. I couldn't sleep that night.At first when I wrote to Astroline and requested to revert the amount, they refuted this by referring to their money-back policy (which basically says no you don't get money back for orders). I persisted, and after a few backs and forths, including letting them know that I will write on Trustpilot and go legal if they refused, they said they made a unique exception and decided to refund my money (my transactions were shown as 'pending' on my card). So finally 16 days later, the held amount was let go, and the money was back in my account. I promised them a more positive review here if they acted on their word and so, here we are. Ratings and Reviews 4.3 out of 5 41.4K Ratings Pretty much spot on however… While it is pretty accurate with my daily horoscope, it has a tendency to switch from premium user to a standard account on its own. I signed up for one month just to see if it was accurate enough with plans to do a yearly subscription later if it was. I was reverted to a standard user. I emailed support and was told to provide a receipt for my paid subscription. In their defense, I used my other email to contact them and not my apple email. They were very quick to respond. I then noticed the restore purchases button which easily restored my account to premium. Things I do like about the app are the courses that you can take, I have learned a lot. The app provides daily, weekly, monthly and yearly horoscopes. It does a natal chart and biorhythms as well. Plus Chinese, Mayan, Druid and other horoscopes. A lot of bang for your buck. I must say my daily horoscope has pretty much been spot on for the most part. I have been able to do the palm scan, tarot readings and more with the paid subscription. The reason for a one star ding?
