Hippo Manager is a cloud-based management solution that allows a practice to store and track its patients in a secure and easily accessible place with unlimited storage space. Hippo Manager also offers a variety of reporting options to support tracking of that information. One of the more common reports used to identify new patients with visits during a specific date range is the Patient List. Accessing the Patient List1. Select the Reports tab, and then select the Client Communications widget.2. From within this screen, select the Patient List widget.3. Select the Start and End date to assign parameters for the report generation, and then select Get Report. 4. This report will then generate a list of any new patients that were seen within the assigned date range, based on their first appointment date. Helpful TipHippo Manager offers a variety of other reports that will display clients and their purchasing volume which can be found in the Graphical, Summary, and Detailed widgets. Event parking is in the Hippo and Penguin lots, located directly across from the Aquarium. Parking rates are $10 per car. Valet and self-parking options can be arranged through your Catering Sales Manager. *Adventure Aquarium cannot offer parking discounts or refunds to guests and/or Members who park outside the Aquarium’s Hippo and Penguin lots. The following is NOT permitted: confetti, sand, live fish, dried marine life, glitter, rice, bird seed, monofilament line, smoke machines, bubbles/bubble machines and balloons. Nothing can be posted, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to the walls, floors, exhibit graphics or other parts of the buildings, furnishings or surroundings. All candles must be enclosed. Specialty lighting may not be directed into any exhibit. Your Catering Sales Manager can provide the full list of guidelines. House furnishings including tables, chairs, dance floor, linens, bars, service ware are included in event rentals. Your Catering Sales Manager can give you a complete list of included items.
